Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

1.1 The GameBird Vouchers & Top-Up service (“Service”) is operated and managed by Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited (“Telenor”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2 This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the purchase, delivery, and use of gaming vouchers, prepaid codes, and top-up credits offered through the GameBird platform.    

1.3 By accessing, purchasing, or redeeming any voucher or top-up through the Service, users (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

2.1 The Service is available to:

  • All Telenor prepaid and postpaid subscribers; and
  • Users with access to supported digital payment instruments such as Easypaisa wallets, credit/debit cards, or other payment channels enabled by Telenor.

2.2 Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to make purchases. Users under 18 years must obtain consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

  1. Service Description

3.1 GameBird Vouchers & Top-Up enables customers to:

  • Purchase digital gaming vouchers (e.g., PUBG, Free Fire, Mobile Legends, etc.);
  • Make direct in-game top-ups through linked player IDs or accounts.

3.2 The Service is available via the GameBird web platform (www.gamebird.gg) and any other official Telenor digital channels.

3.3 Vouchers and top-ups are delivered digitally, either through:

  • On-screen display post-payment confirmation;
  • SMS or email (where applicable).
  1. Payments and Pricing

4.1 All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payments can be made via:

  • Telenor prepaid balance deduction;
  • Easypaisa wallet; or
  • Any other method listed on the platform at the time of purchase.

4.3 Data charges may apply while accessing the platform or completing transactions.

4.4 Telenor reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing or discount structures without prior notice;
  • Offer or withdraw promotions at its sole discretion.

 

  1. Delivery and Redemption

5.1 Voucher codes and top-up credits are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

5.2 Users are solely responsible for:

  • Entering accurate information (e.g., player ID, game account, or email); and
  • Ensuring device connectivity during the transaction process.

5.3 Telenor shall not be held liable for losses, delays, or incorrect delivery resulting from user error, incomplete information, or third-party platform issues.

5.4 Once issued, vouchers and top-ups:

  • Are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable; and
  • Cannot be reissued or converted into cash under any circumstances.

5.5 Top-Up Credits are redeemable only for eligible goods and services offered on the GameBird Platform and have no cash or stored monetary value outside it.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 All transactions completed through the Service are final and irrevocable.

6.2 Refunds shall only be processed in the event of a verified technical failure attributable to Telenor systems.

6.3 Any refund claim must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction and shall be subject to internal investigation and approval.

  1. Account Security and User Conduct

7.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their:

  • Mobile number,
  • Easypaisa or payment credentials, and
  • Any other account information used for transactions.

7.2 Telenor will not be responsible for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised or shared user credentials.

7.3 Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or reselling of vouchers or credits will lead to immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service.

  1. Fair Usage and Limitations

8.1 The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

8.2 Telenor reserves the right to:

  • Restrict transaction frequency or amount per user;
  • Monitor and suspend suspicious activity to prevent abuse.

8.3 Vouchers or top-ups purchased via unauthorized or illegal means may be invalidated without refund.

  1. Third-Party Content and Conduct

Telenor provides the GameBird Platform and facilitates the Servic. GameBird Platform may provide access to or facilitate downloads of games or applications developed or operated by third parties (“Third-Party Apps”). Telenor does not create, control, moderate, or monitor such Third-Party Apps and is not responsible for their content, operation, or effects on users. Use of any Third-Party App is at the user’s sole discretion and subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

 

  1. Service Modifications

10.1 Telenor may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without prior notice.

10.2 Continued use of the Service after publication of updated Terms shall constitute acceptance of those revisions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Telenor shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures due to internet connectivity, payment gateway disruptions, or third-party game publisher systems;
  • Losses resulting from incorrect user inputs;
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11.2 Telenor’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the affected transaction only.

  1. Data Privacy

12.1 All user data collected through the Service shall be handled in accordance with Telenor Pakistan’s Data Privacy Policy and applicable laws of Pakistan.

12.2 User information may be shared with third-party service providers solely for transaction processing and delivery fulfillment.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

13.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
